MetaSpace is Coast Modern's first investment property. Located in the heart of Rumford, RI it is the home of our new shop as well as 20,000 square feet of creative office and artist workspace. Coast Modern began renovations to the building in January of 2017. A year later it is nearly complete. New windows, updated mechanicals and structures to code were all part of the process. Now the building is housing a variety of artists and makers.
